Jim is a native of Sheffield having lived in the Shoals area all his life. He has a great love for this area and knows first hand what a great quality of life we enjoy in Northwest Alabama. He has been married for 23 years to Sandra and is the proud father of two children; Jamie, a Junior at UNA and Jennifer, a Freshman at Auburn University.

Jim learned about customer service early in life, having worked in the family business. Pride's Cleaners and Laundry since his teen years. In 1982 he took over ownership of the family business and carried on the Pride's tradition of unequaled customer service to many thousands of satisfied customers. In June 2006 Jim sold the family business in order to concentrate helping all of his old friends, former customers, ad new associates with all of their real estate needs.

Jim completed his Real Estate License course at Hickman School of Real Estate in Florence and earned his state license in May of 2006.
